The Tennessee Humane Society is building a comprehensive team of professionals dedicated to transforming animal welfare across Tennessee. While we are in our pre-establishment phase, dedicated volunteers will initially fill these positions, transitioning to paid positions as we achieve nonprofit status and secure funding. 


Our commitment to responsible stewardship ensures that 75% of all funds directly support our animal welfare programs and services. As we grow, we maintain this dedication while building a professional team necessary for sustainable expansion and impact.
